GR Yaris Performance lubrication system.
The Toyota GR Yaris has insufficient lubrication to the transfer case, this was one of the main improvements that was needed, here at XShift gearboxes we developed a solution that uses a powerful gearbox lubrication pump which provides an oil supply to the transfer case increasing the durability and life to this part.
GR YARIS BILLET TRANSFER CASE
Specifications and advantages
- Used high strength quality material Al 7075 with tensile strength 540 MPa
- Extra ribs added on the inside and outside to further increase strength
- Added cooling fins from underneath for further temperature reduction
- Bottom to ground dimensions are the same as OEM
- Body has ready-made plugs for external oil circuit
- Body has holes for connection to transfer case lubrication system (no further modification required)
- Compatible with original OEM gearing as well as XSHIFT SHD gearing
- Due to the clever design of the body and lid, higher oil volume + 25% against the OEM transfer case - temperature reduction
Five billet transfer case supply options:
1. - billet transfer case
2. - billet transfer case + SHD hypoid gearing
3. - billet transfer case + SHD hypoid gearing + OEM set of seals
4. - billet transfer case + SHD hypoid gearing + OEM set of seals + OEM bearings
5. - billet transfer case + SHD hypoid gearing + OEM set of seals + OEM bearings + rest of OEM parts (=complete plug and play transfer case)
