Lubrication System for Front Transfer Case

The GR Yaris/Corolla faces issues with insufficient lubrication to the front transfer case, requiring

substantial enhancement.

 X Shift Gearboxes developed a solution that

incorporates a powerful gearbox oil pump to lubricate
both the gearbox and front transfer case
simultaneously, enhancing durability and lifespan

 This system also helps maintain lower temperatures in
the front transfer case and prevents the ingress of

metal particles from the transfer case into the gearbox
by utilizing a strainer

Stronger Gear Set for Front Transfer Case

To address issues with broken stock gears in the front transfer case, we offer a stronger solution.

 Our new, reinforced gear set for the front transfer

case features a ratio similar to the original gear
set

 The gearset is designed with hypoid teeth (14
teeth on the pinion and 32 teeth on the gear) for
enhanced durability and lifespan

 Fits into the original transfer case, as a direct
replacement for the original gear set
